Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that we have extended certain Investment facility (s) to Azad Construction (Pvt.) Ltd to execute / perform various construction works including construction of 31 Bed Hospital at Comilla Sadar South, Comilla under HNPSP (Package No. W 263 N-CMMU) as per work order No. MOHFW/CMMU/HNPSP/31-BED/COMILLA SADAR (S)-638/2005/54 Dated 28.06.2006 for Tk. 7,60,41,140.69 (Taka Seven crore sixty lac forty one thousand one hundred forty & paisa sixty nine) only is sued from your office.

In this connection, the client has executed an Irrevocable General Power of Attorney in our favor to receive /collect all cheques /bills against the mentioned work order.

In view of the above, we would request you to kindly confirm us in writing that you will issue all cheques against the caption work order as follows.
