inform you that we have extended certain Investment facility (s) to PEPCO
Bangladesh to execute / perform various Work Order including supply of 20 set
150 m3/hr capacity submersible pump of 90 mete head for Dhaka WASA under work
order # 46.113.428.00.00.037.2011-04/2011-12 dated 11.08.2011 for Tk. 99,20,000
(Taka Ninety Nine lac Twenty Thousand) only.
In this connection, the client
has executed an Irrevocable General Power of Attorney in our favor to receive
/collect all cheques /bills against the mentioned work order.
In view of the above, we would
request you to kindly confirm us in writing that you will issue all cheques
against the caption work order as follows.
